Dear friends,
I would like to present you a new project of Czech Renju Federation. It is called OGTWC.
The project was based on the idea of Attila Demjan (Hungary). The championship will be played by national teams. Every country can take part. The system will be Round Robin (countries plays with each other). Time limit is 30 minute per player, swap2 rule, no-undo setting.
The match system would consist of 4 tables playing against other 4
tables. Each table plays 2 games (both players have to open)
Example: Poland vs. Sweden
Poland Table1 vs. Sweden Table1
Poland Table2 vs. Sweden Table2
Poland Table3 vs. Sweden Table3
Poland Table4 vs. Sweden Table4
As a result of very tiring competition 4 reserve players are allowed
(total number players of national team is 8). So each table can have 2
players. Players of Table 1 have to play only at Table1. Players of
Table2 at Table2 etc.
There can be Captian of national team who doesnt have to play. He will be responsible for the team and will register the team at our WEB.
The championship will be held during weekend (Most probable the first or the second weekend after the last round of Euroleague).
Points:
1 point - winning, at least 4,5 out of 8 points
0,5 of point - draw, 4 points ( 4-4)
0 - loss, less than 4 out of 8 points
The deciding criteria:
- Round Robin system
- Amount of individual points gained during the entire championship.(If match ends up TeamA 8-0 TeamB, team A gets 8 individual points, team B 0 individual points)
